The River Place is set on 56 scenic acres with endless photo locations and sweeping mountain and river views. Couples have multiple options for ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing, with a grand reception hall that is heated and air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

Guest capacity: Up to 100

Venue Access: 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.

This package includes:

Exclusive use of The River Place and grounds for your wedding day
Full planning and day-of coordination through Appalachian Wedding Company
Lead coordinator, plus an on-site coordinating assistant present all day
Professional officiant
8 hours of professional photography with editing and digital delivery
Professional DJ for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (up to 6 hours of coverage)
Setup of all venue furniture according to your custom floor plan
Full teardown and post-event cleaning
Event insurance cost included

Catering and Floral

Catering and fresh florals are required for every River Place Signature Wedding. These are not included in the $30,000 base package because couples have different style and budget preferences.

We make it simple. You choose your menu level and floral design level, and Appalachian Wedding Company handles the booking, coordination, and payment management as part of your full-service experience.
